Institutional Relations Manager, West Coast

The Institutional Relations Manager (IRM) is a sales role responsible for business development as well as for maintaining and growing existing institutional partner relationships within a region designated by CAPA. We are seeking candidates based in Washington, Oregon, California, Arizona or Colorado to support the West and Pacific Northwest regions of the US. In addition to cultivating new relationships with universities and colleges, the IRM works with CAPA’s current partners to develop new business by approving new CAPA programs, developing custom programs and increasing student enrollments. London: Director of Program & Student Services

CAPA seeks a collaborative and strategic leader for the role of Director of Program and Student Services, London. This is an engaging and highly visible opportunity in our premier and largest study centre in South Kensington, with the primary responsibility to deliver the gold standard student care and programing for which CAPA is known. The Director is responsible for the full operations of the Program and Student Services Team, with the opportunity to grow the team while building on strengths already in place. The Director works collaboratively with other departments within the London Centre as well as with colleagues across CAPA's Boston headquarters and other global locations. London: Academic Services Advisor

The Academic Services Advisor provides administrative support within the Global Academic Management Team. Based in London, this position will report to the Assistant Director for Academic Affairs in London. Primary responsibilities include providing high-quality academic advising to CAPA London Center students and acts as the primary administrator of academic calendar and registry functions, as well as LMS system and technical support, including new faculty training. This role supports students to help ensure they have the best possible experience while studying at the CAPA London Center. Responsibilities are both administrative and student care focused. London: Internships Coordinator

Working as part of the CAPA internships team in London, which organizes and monitors hundreds of placements at the London Centre each year, the Internships Coordinator acts as the primary contact for internship services and for CAPA students interning in London. The Internships Coordinator is responsible for developing and monitoring student internship placement, engaging with existing and potential internship sites, and providing assistance with all aspects of pre-departure and on-site student advising.
