CAPA is seeking a Director of Finance to join their dedicated team! This individual will lead the team in budgeting & forecasting, KPI tracking, and ad-hoc financial analysis. This is an exciting opportunity to create new financial models and support senior management on budget analysis. Billing Specialist

CAPA seeks a focused and detail-oriented Billing Specialist to manage our student and university accounts. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven and patient person who enjoys the pairing of internal and external customer-centric work with numbers and the processing of financial information. The Billing Specialist manages the full lifecycle of university and student program fees; provides financial aid information to students and establishes payment plans; and maintains a tracking and reporting system. This is a cross-functional role that works closely with multiple departments, and is responsible for maintaining a nurturing and positive relationship with students and universities. Program Manager

As a CAPA Program Manager, you will act as the primary pre-departure contact for students enrolling on CAPA’s programs. You will also provide recruitment, enrollment, and advising support to CAPA’s partnering college and university study abroad administrators who send groups of students on CAPA programs worldwide. You will work closely with program developers and on-site staff to communicate about contracted services and program details. You will assist in facilitating contracted program components within the parameters of the established budget. Institutional Relations Manager, Midwest

The Institutional Relations Manager (IRM) is a sales role responsible for business development as well as for maintaining and growing existing institutional partner relationships within a region designated by CAPA. We are seeking candidates based in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio or Indiana to support those states in the US. In addition to cultivating new relationships with universities and colleges, the IRM works with CAPA’s current partners to develop new business by approving new CAPA programs, developing custom programs, and increasing student enrollments. London: Director of Academic Affairs

CAPA seeks a collaborative and strategic leader for the role of Director of Academic Affairs, London. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educational leader to lead a team at our London Center, working collaboratively as a member of the London Center Team, as well as the Global Academics Management Team. The role oversees all of the Academic operations of the Center, including supporting faculty and students, leads curriculum planning and development efforts, manages quality assurance measures, promotes the use of technology, and as a member of the Global Academic Management Team (GAMT), participates in international academic initiatives. London: Manager of Program & Student Services

The Study Center Coordinator is a key member of the CAPA London team as this person is typically the first-person visitors to our busy London study center encounter. The Study Center Coordinator is a cross-functional position, responsible for several important administrative and center management tasks, interacting with students, faculty, and all teams in the organization. The successful candidate will manage the position confidently and competently, and be the glue that keeps our organization running well.
