Based in Boston and reporting to the Director of Internal Operations, the Global IT Manager provides desktop support and related IT services across CAPA. This position will provide dotted line management to local support staff in our London, Florence, Barcelona, Dublin, and Sydney Centers. The Admissions Advisor is a sales role, responsible for enrolling students in CAPA international education programs worldwide. You will contact via phone, text, email, and zoom video meetings, students who have expressed interest in CAPA programs. You will provide a high level of customer service as you advise prospective students on program selection and answer student questions. You will collaborate with the Marketing team on communications with prospective students and work closely with the entire Enrollment and Advising team to help reach enrollment targets. As a CAPA Program Manager, you will act as the primary pre-departure contact for students enrolling on CAPA’s programs. You will also provide recruitment, enrollment, and advising support to CAPA’s partnering college and university study abroad administrators who send groups of students on CAPA programs worldwide.
