Empowering Global Perspectives

CAPA: The Global Education Network is committed to academic excellence, integrity, and innovation in learning abroad. We provide meaningful experiences that challenge and inspire students to analyze and explore complex political, cultural, and social landscapes within urban environments. Using collaborative learning communities and global connections via technology, we prepare students to live and work in a globally interdependent and diverse world.

For more than 45 years, CAPA: The Global Education Network has worked with institutions of higher education to build programs that meet their goals for learning abroad. We operate education centers in Global Cities and have developed distinct academic offerings, support frameworks, and oversight structures for our students and visiting faculty.

The CAPA Approach

We are committed to working worldwide in a manner that is transparent, truthful, and respectful with all students and partner institutions. The observance of local laws and practices are cornerstones of our operational model.

High standards are maintained through internal and external reviews of our programs and by creating new opportunities that best meet the evolving needs of our students.

Furthermore, we are dedicated to the highest principles of quality across our academic programs, our living environments, and student engagement and safety.

We have exceptional relationships with our Schools of Record, work closely with our Academic Advisory Board, and have successfully completed the Forum on Education Abroad Quality Improvement Program, demonstrating our commitment to the integrity of our programs as we create impactful academic experiences.

Why Partner with CAPA

By becoming a CAPA Affiliate, your institution will receive a variety of benefits to assist your office and your students. We offer institutions the advantage of access to all our program locations without the need for a minimum cohort. Your institution can issue their own credit or accept credit from one of our School of Record institutions.

Our institutional relations team is here for you to discuss partnering with CAPA.

I would confidently recommend CAPA as a partner to any institution. Our students were matched with an internship site within their field... The courses were challenging but also gave them the opportunity to get out of the classroom and into the city to really experience (the city as classroom).
