CEA CAPA program fees are comprehensive and include tuition, housing, excursions, active learning events and activities, 24/7 emergency support, insurance, and more! 

Events, excursions, and certain inclusions are subject to change.

Courses & Credit

Take 1 intensive course at the beginning of the term followed by 3 regular term courses and earn 16 credits. Up to 16 credits are included in the course fees; additional credits may be taken for a supplemental fee. UNSW Academic Guide

Housing

Live in on-campus housing in the UNSW Village, in a homestay, or in the center of Sydney in a shared apartment with other students. Meal plans and amenities vary depending on housing type. Some housing options may require an additional fee. Housing options are subject to availability and may differ by term.

Activities

Immerse yourself in campus life by taking part in a wide variety of clubs and societies on campus that offer cultural, social, sports, and other extracurricular activities.

 

Active Learning

As part of the Sydney Welcome Week, the start of your program can include a coastal walk from the famous Bondi Beach to Coogee, an evening visit to the Sydney Observatory to view the starry night sky, trivia at a local city pub to learn all about the neighborhood and the nation, and an Aboriginal Cultural Workshop at the harborside suburb of Barrangaroo. Throughout the rest of your program, self-guided events will be offered each week.

As a student in our program, you’ll receive our medical, travel, and accident insurance.

UNSW Sydney Courses

Take 1 intensive course at the beginning of the term followed by 3 regular term courses and earn 16 credits. Courses are offered in a broad range of disciplines, with particular academic strengths in STEM, computer science, business, language and linguistics, social justice, policy, and governance. Academic class contact hours range depending on the course, but are typically 4-5 hours/class per week (depending on structure) and another four hours for work outside of the classroom.
