CEA CAPA UCD Program Inclusions


The CEA CAPA UCD program includes comprehensive pre-departure support, orientation, welcome and farewell events, access to CEA CAPA Dublin active learning events, and CEA CAPA Emergency Services, including the Guardian App. In addition, take advantage of the activities, events, and support services provided by UCD.

Courses & Credit

Enroll in 12-18 US credit equivalents. A minimum of a 3.0 GPA is required. Students must have competency in English and be of sophomore standing or higher. UCD Academic Guide

Immerse yourself in campus life by taking part in the many clubs and societies on campus that offer cultural, social, and extracurricular activities, plus enjoy UCD's expansive sports facilities. 

Active  Learning

A guided visit to Croke Park—a national sports and cultural stadium—takes place the first week. Other activities vary by term and may include a tour of “Googletown” in the Docklands, exploring some of the country’s beautiful medieval castles, or joining in the fun at the many film, food, music, and cultural festivals that take place each year.
